Returns and refunds

We accept returns of unused items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Contact support@pullpresent.com before sending a return so we can provide instructions.

Opened, loaded, used, or damaged gift boxes and sleeves cannot be returned unless they arrived defective. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Shipping charges are not refundable except when the item arrived defective or incorrect.
